Waters Incorporated is pleased to announce that our rebranding efforts for The Mini Storage Center are underway. Our objectives for rebranding our 11 self storage properties are to create an easier and overall better customer experience and to provide cleaner, safer, and more diverse facilities. Our mini storage portfolio across North Carolina and South Carolina has a wide range of unit types and size options including standard drive-up units and climate control storage. Our plan includes new signs at each facility, office upgrades, rental software and website upgrades, completing larger deferred maintenance items, security upgrades, and name changes for the remaining beach locations. We have also just completed a renovation at our self storage facility on Freedom Drive in Charlotte and are months away from breaking ground on a large expansion at our Myrtle Beach location, which will include both standard and climate control units in multiple sizes.
