Our management team had the pleasure of attending the North Carolina Self Storage Association convention here in Charlotte, NC Monday and Tuesday. Industry leaders and vendors were available to showcase new products that will help increase the customer experience at each of our locations. Site Managers, Our Director of Operations, and our Asset Manager were all in attendance to continue learning to best ways to improve our self storage locations for our customers. New legal changes, technology trends, and new lien and auction methods were key topics.
