MYRTLE BEACH SELF STORAGE EXPANSION

We have now entered into the design phase for an expansion at our Highway 707 self-storage location in Myrtle Beach. The expansion will include two new buildings comprised of 127 units with a mix of climate controlled self-storage units and traditional drive-up self-storage units. The mini storage unit sizes will range from 5×10 to 10×25. We will also be adding additional RV and boat storage spaces. The new buildings we be on an adjacent lot with a gated entrance off of Big Block Road as well as a connection to the existing facility on Highway 707. The new self-storage expansion facility will also have camera systems for security, be lighted during the dark hours, and also include a perimeter fence. Delivery is expected for April 2017.
