CORONAVIRUS UPDATE FOR NORTH CAROLINA FACILITIES 3-25-20

As most of you know, Mecklenburg County has issued a stay at home order thru April 16th, 2020. Self-Storage facilities are exempt under the moving and relocation category. To help ensure the safety of our employee’s the office will remain locked and no cash payments will be accepted at this time. Only checks, money orders and credit cards will be accepted. You may still drop off a payment at the office but the manager will meet you at the door and instruct you where to place your payment. As a reminder, you can mail in your payment, pay online @ www.ministoragecarolina.com and call in payments will be accepted during the limited hours listed below. Anyone that is currently singed up for credit card auto draft will still be processed as usual.
There will be NO U-Haul Rentals at our two Charlotte locations, Monroe RD and Westinghouse Blvd.
Our North Carolina office hours will be as follows:
Thursday March 26, 2020 – Monday March 30, 2020 CLOSED
Tuesday March 31, 2020 – Thursday April 16, 2020 Mon-Sat 10:00am – 3:00pm, Sun: Closed
