Waters is very active in Horry County, SC (Conway, Myrtle Beach and Garden City) with three nice facilities. E.F. Hucks & Associates, Inc. reports the area continued its strong growth in 2017 vs. 2016. Outlined below are a few of the statistics included in their year end-report.

  • Number of residential and commercial closings up 9%
  • New homes and existing home closings up 7% and 10%
  • Existing condo closings up 15%
  • Average new home closing prices up 3%
  • Single family building permits up 33%
