Happy New Year to you and your family from The Mini Storage Center. We are pleased to enter the new year with exciting new plans to continue the rebranding of our self-storage portfolio. We will continue our conversions of software and office upgrades for all of our Charlotte, NC mini-storage locations. These locations still require some exterior upgrades as well but most projects were completed in 2017. This spring we will be changing the names of Garden City Self-Storage, 501 Mini-Storge, and Coastal Storage & Retail to The Mini Storage Center. Ultimately, having all locations under a brand name with the same amenities, customer services, and experience will ensure that you can expect to get the same great service at any of our locations. We also plan to break ground on the expansion at our Myrtle Beach location in February. As for the other South Carolina self-storage properties in Rock Hill, Columbia, and Spartanburg, their upgrades will continue following in the footsteps of our Charlotte properties as we continue to make our locations safer, nicer, and more convenient for the average customer.
