The safety and health of our community including our loyal customers and dedicated associates, is always of the utmost importance to us. As such, we are taking the concerns associated with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously and are closely monitoring this rapidly evolving situation.
We would like to remind all of our customers of the different ways of making your monthly payments. We are hoping this will make it easier for you to pay your bill without having to come to the office.
1. You could go on our website: www.ministoragecarolina.com to make a payment if you owe less than 45 days.
2. You can sign a Credit Card Authorization form for our automatic credit card payment or for call-in only payments. The form must be signed and on file with the warehouse you rent from.
If you do not have a credit card we also accept Debit cards or prepaid cards from major card holder companies.
As of today, our stores remain open. We will continue to actively review the direction provided by the CDC as well as local government officials, and will update you on the actions we are taking. Any updates regarding temporary closings or adjusted store hours can be found on our website.
